Long before I helped people harness the power of plant medicine, I healed people through food. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — from burnt out professionals, to world-class athletes, and those navigating autoimmune disease.
My job is to help you reconnect with vitality, pleasure, and joy through nourishment. Food isn’t just about fuelling your body; it’s about nourishing your soul, restoring your energy, and most of all – bringing you pleasure!
Food has always been my thing—my childhood hobby was creating recipes and catering my parents’ dinner parties. I’ve never been someone to think of food as fuel; food has always been about pure enjoyment and indulgence.

That’s why I was devastated when I developed serious digestive issues that forced me to change the way I ate.
But I did what any food lover would do—I got creative! I had to find a way to indulge in the flavours I loved—without the pain that came with it.
I made it my mission to heal myself and spent years studying with raw food chefs, exploring fasting, and working alongside naturopaths and nutritionists.
I also spent a year at the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) to deepen my understanding of biomedicine and nutrition. I blended all that knowledge, put on my chef’s hat, and here I am—helping you do the same.

Premium Meal Delivery



I specialise in anti-inflammatory cooking, the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), and creating delicious meals for busy professionals, families, and individuals with specific health needs. Whether you’re looking to decrease inflammation, manage autoimmune conditions, or support postpartum recovery, I can help to support you.
All ingredients are organic, with pasture-raised meats from and wild-caught fish. I use homemade organic bone broth as the base for soups and sauces, never use seed oils, and opt for my own blend of natural sweeteners instead of refined sugar. I also use a selection of healthy flours to replace gluten and incorporate homegrown herbs whenever possible. My kitchen is plastic-free, tap-water-free, and equipped with the highest quality non-toxic cookware.
(Delivery is available within a 12-mile radius of Weybridge, with a maximum of two clients at any time)
Retreat & Wellness Consulting



Food is the heart of any retreat and plays an important role in creating a deeper level of healing and bringing people together. Retreat food doesn’t have to be bland or restrictive and should leave your guests feeling satisfied, nourished and cared for. I can help you design the perfect menu for your retreat, using my experience as both a retreat chef and a facilitator. I’ve seen firsthand how the energy shifts when people feel truly nourished and cared for.
Recipe Development and Education



I create custom recipes, develop menus, and offer cooking lessons or workshops to help you master the art of anti-inflammatory cooking, and new cooking techniques. I also offer consultancy for start-ups, business owners, or anyone seeking fresh inspiration in the kitchen. Whether you need help with pantry stocking, meal prep ideas, or creating meals that support overall health and wellbeing, I’m here to help!
