Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Coaching
What is EFT?
EFT (emotional freedom technique) otherwise known as ‘tapping’ is a practice where you tap on meridian points of the body (mainly on the head and face) whilst speaking about an issue you’re working through.
It is a way of engaging the conscious mind so that we can work directly with the subconscious, effectively removing the emotional charge and shifting the issue.
EFT can help with:
Stress and anxiety
Limiting beliefs
Ruminating thought patterns
Physical pain
Compulsive behaviours
Working together
EFT is a stand-alone practice and results can be achieved in a relatively short space of time.
I use EFT with psychedelic integration to help bridge the conscious and unconscious mind. I use a blend of guided meditation, somatic experiencing and breathing to connect you on every level to the issue.
We’ll first check in with your inner guidance and see which issue is at the surface and ready to be cleared, then we begin tapping.
During an EFT session we work as a team. I am there tapping with you, breathing with you and sometimes crying with you. I will support you every step of the way and no matter how deep you go I will always bring you back to a calm and peaceful place by the end of the session.
